Veya Yachts is a new French brand of luxury power catamarans, established in February 2025 as a strategic joint venture between two prominent European shipyards: Fountaine Pajot and Couach Catamarans. The creation of Veya Yachts marks the culmination of a long-standing industrial partnership between the two shipyards.
Fountaine Pajot brings over 50 years of experience in the development of catamarans, while Couach, based in Gujan-Mestras, contributes more than a century of expertise in the precision construction of luxury yachts, as well as government and military vessels. Prior to the brand's official launch, the two companies collaborated closely for three years at the Couach shipyard, where successful Fountaine Pajot power catamaran models, the MY5 and MY6 were built under a subcontracting arrangement. Building on this experience, they decided to join forces to create an entirely new, independent brand of premium power catamarans.
